What is the cost?
50 minute individual sessions are $75 and 50 minute couple sessions are $100.
Do you accept insurance?
I am a provider for Humana, Anthem, Aetna, Value Options, and United Healthcare.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, debit), or check. Payment is required at the time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I request at least 24 hours advance notice. A $40 fee is applied in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Note that insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
